TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the strategy access services offered by Anshish Mannan (“we”, “us”, “our”) (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Strategy” means a systematic, rule-based trading strategy made available through the Service (for example, the NEW AGE Premium NIFTY Option Selling Strategy or the BIG BOMB Premium NIFTY Option Buying Strategy).
• “Access” means the right granted to an enrolled user to view and use the Strategy materials associated with their enrollment.
• “Update” means revised or additional Strategy material made available under a separate, optional paid Update Plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to create an account or purchase Access. The Service is intended for individuals accessing it for their own personal trading education and strategy use.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account with an accurate name and email address to purchase or access a Strategy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Description of Services

The Service provides paid access to systematic, rule-based trading strategies, together with associated resources and support channels (such as community access, live sessions, and calling support, where offered for a given Strategy). The Service is informational and strategy-related in nature.

The Service does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services, and nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security or instrument. If our regulatory status changes or additional registrations are obtained, this section will be updated accordingly.

6. Strategy Access

Access to a Strategy is a paid product: it gives you the ability to view and use the associated Strategy materials. Access does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding any financial outcome from using the Strategy.

7. Lifetime Access

Where a Strategy is described as including “Lifetime Access”, this means your access to the version of the Strategy material you purchased does not expire for as long as the Service continues to operate. Lifetime Access does not mean free lifetime updates — see Section 8.

8. Paid Updates

Keeping a Strategy updated as market conditions change is a separate, optional service governed by its own paid Update Plan. Update Plans are available in the following durations: Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annually. Purchasing Access to a Strategy does not include an Update Plan, and Updates are only provided for the duration actually purchased.

9. Pricing & Payments

Prices for Strategy Access and Update Plans are displayed on the Service and may change from time to time; the price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless stated otherwise for a specific offer.

10. Promo Codes

Promo codes, where offered, are controlled and validated on our servers. The following apply to all promo codes:

• A promo code may have an expiry date, after which it will no longer apply a discount.
• A promo code may have a usage limit and may stop working once that limit is reached.
• A promo code may be restricted to specific Strategies or plans.
• Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Invalid, expired, or exhausted codes will not apply a discount.

11. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on Strategy Access, subject to the eligibility condition below and the terms of our Refund Policy. Subject to the applicable terms, eligible customers may request a full refund of their Strategy Access purchase after using/following the Strategy for the required qualifying period of approximately 2–3 months.

This guarantee concerns eligibility for a refund of your purchase under the stated conditions — it is not, and must not be understood as, a guarantee, promise, or representation of any trading profit, return, or financial outcome.

12. Risk Disclosure

• Trading in the stock and derivatives (including options) markets involves substantial risk of loss.
• Options trading in particular can result in significant and rapid losses.
• Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
• The performance of any Strategy can vary over time as market conditions change.
• No Strategy offered through the Service guarantees profit.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, including whether and how to use any Strategy, and for assessing your own suitability and risk tolerance.
• You should seek independent professional financial advice where appropriate before making trading decisions.

13. No Guarantee of Returns

Nothing in these Terms, on the website, or communicated by us constitutes a guarantee of profit, income, return, or trading success. We do not guarantee that any Strategy will be profitable for you. Access to a Strategy is a distinct product from, and must not be confused with, a promise of financial or investment performance.

14. Intellectual Property

All Strategy materials, course content, videos, documents, and related resources made available through the Service are the intellectual property of Anshish Mannan (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing Access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that material for your own trading education and strategy use — it does not transfer ownership of that material to you.

15. Personal Use / No Redistribution

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Resell, redistribute, or re-upload any Strategy material
• Share private course links or premium group/community access with anyone who has not purchased Access
• Publish Strategy material publicly
• Copy or commercially exploit Strategy material
• Give your account access to any other person

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in suspension or termination of your account and access, without prejudice to any other remedy available to us under applicable law.

16. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another user’s account or data, interfering with the Service’s operation or security, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

17. Third-Party Platforms

Some support and community channels (for example WhatsApp or Telegram groups) are operated on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to that platform’s own terms, and we are not responsible for those platforms’ availability or conduct.

18. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and Access if you materially breach these Terms, including the restrictions in Section 15. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you of the reason.

19. Disclaimers

The Service and all Strategy materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular financial outcome, except as required by applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Access or plan giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses arising from your use of any Strategy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

23. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The specific city/court of exclusive jurisdiction has not yet been finalized and will be confirmed here; until then, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
