1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Anshish Mannan (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you use this website and the strategy access services offered on it (together, the “Service”). It describes only what this Service actually does — it does not describe practices that aren’t implemented.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and password (your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never stored by us in plain text).
• Enrollment information. When you enroll in a strategy, we record which strategy you enrolled in and the status of that enrollment (e.g. pending or active).
• Communications. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or another channel linked on this site, we receive whatever information you choose to share through that platform.
• Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers (see Section 4) automatically process standard technical data such as IP address and browser/device information as part of operating the website and keeping it secure — this is standard for any website and is not used by us for advertising or profiling.

We do not currently operate a payment gateway, so we do not collect or store any payment card or bank account details ourselves. Once payment processing is introduced, this policy will be updated to describe how payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate you when you log in
• Provide access to strategies you’ve enrolled in
• Respond to support requests and communications
• Process refund requests under our Refund Policy
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
• Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
• Improve the Service

We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this Service. Personal information is processed by:

• Supabase — our authentication and database provider. Account, profile and enrollment data described above is stored with Supabase.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves this website and processes standard web request/technical data as part of doing so.

We do not use any advertising or analytics-tracking service on this site at this time. If a payment gateway or email-delivery provider is introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated to name that provider before it goes live.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses essential cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in and to protect your account — these are required for the Service to function and are not used for advertising. A small amount of non-personal data (a countdown timer’s start time) may be stored in your browser’s local storage to keep a promotional countdown consistent across visits; this is not linked to your identity.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls at the database level restricting each user’s data to their own account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and enrollment information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to operate the Service, maintain transaction/enrollment records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We have not adopted a fixed retention period beyond these purposes; if a specific statutory retention period applies to a category of records, we will follow it.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about how your information is used. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time. This section describes rights available under applicable law and does not create rights beyond what that law provides.

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone not legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
